No.25 embroidery thread and No.40 wool thread (or any other thread with the same density) are recommended for this tool. Regarding fabric, thick fabrics such as poplin, denim, Oxford, felt, etc. are recommended . On the contrary, it is not recommended for elastic, very thick fabrics or artificial leather.
Before using the tool on fabric, test on an inconspicuous area . Needle holes may remain, depending on the type of fabric. It is also important that you do not use threads that do not pass smoothly through the needle hole .
The needle is made with stainless steel and brass. The resin part contains polycarbonates and polyacetal. The lid is made of polyethylene and the threader is made of aluminum and stainless steel.
