Do you offer local pickup?
We are sorry, but we do not offer local pickup.
How long does it take to prepare orders?
From Monday to Friday in the morning. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How long do orders take to ship?
WORK DAYS
Orders are prepared the same day they are placed, so they can be shipped the next morning.
Likewise, if an order is placed before 11 a.m., it will most likely be prepared and shipped that same morning.
HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS
The order will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
When will I recive my order?
All shipments are made with Correos and have an associated tracking number, so you can always check the process.
PENINSULAR SPAIN
Once the order has been delivered to the Post Office, the delivery times are as follows:
- Standard shipments: Between 48 and 72 hours.
- Express shipping: Between 24 and 48 hours.
BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, EUROPE AND NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
The delivery times for standard shipments are as follows:
- Balearic Islands: Between 48 and 72 hours.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Between 3 and 5 days.
- Europe and United Kingdom: Between 3 and 5 days.
- Rest of areas: Delivery times will depend on the country in question, with a margin of between 5 days and 3 weeks.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Even so, we cannot guarantee that our packages will not be detained and examined by local customs, with the corresponding associated costs.
Do they make international shipments?
Yes, we ship internationally to Europe and non-European countries.
For non-European countries, we cannot guarantee that our packages will not be detained and examined by the Customs of the countries of origin, with the corresponding associated costs.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping prices vary depending on the destination area. Therefore, on the order payment screen, the cost will appear once you have entered the shipping address.

Is there free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for purchases of €50 or more for Peninsular Spain and €60 for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days.
To return an order, you can send us an e-mail to hola@redaracne.es with the details of your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.
You will have to pay the cost of return shipping and choose a shipping method with a tracking number.
Once we receive the items purchased and verify that they are correct, we will refund the amount of the order using the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

No, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have a physical store. We are a 100% online store.
Do you do sales and discounts?
At Red Aracne we strive to find and bring innovative and quality products. The vast majority of them come from non-European countries and this has many associated costs: processing, shipping, customs and taxes.
Even so, the prices of our products are very tight, so we cannot participate in massive discount campaigns.
Furthermore, we are defenders of responsible consumption and we do not want to encourage the massive purchase of products. We want our products to be used and enjoyed, not forgotten in a drawer.

What do you do to take care of the environment?
We always reuse and recycle the materials we receive with orders.
For this reason, it may be that the envelope that arrives at your home with your order or the packaging inside is not the most beautiful, but in this way we are giving new life to fully functional products.
